The brief
Night in the Country is one of Nevada's largest rural festivals, spanning 160 acres with multi-day programming, camping, and continuous audience activity. The production required dependable crew support in a remote environment, with extended schedules, variable conditions, and the added complexity of a fully active festival site beyond just the stage.
Our approach
Heavy AV supported festival operations with experienced crew deployed for long-duration builds, live show support, and structured strike. Working within a large rural footprint, the team maintained clear communication, adaptability, and consistent execution across changing conditions, including weather, terrain, and extended working hours. Our focus was simple: keep the production moving, keep the crew aligned, and keep the environment controlled. Supporting events of this scale means more than just showing up. It requires endurance, structure, and a crew that can operate just as well on day three as they did on day one.
